Media holds the images you use in templates, campaigns and automations. Every image gets a permanent URL that you can paste into any email.
Upload Images
Open Media and click Upload, or drag images onto the page. In the editor, drop or paste an image, or choose Media › Image and pick one from your library.
Inboxjot accepts PNG, JPEG, GIF and WebP. Your browser prepares each image before it uploads:
- Images wider than 1,200 pixels are resized to 1,200 pixels. GIFs keep their size.
- WebP is converted to PNG or JPEG, because Outlook does not show WebP.
- Photos are turned upright, and their location and camera data are removed.
The prepared image must be 5 MB or less.
Keep images under 1 MB. Large images load slowly in some inboxes.
Use Images in Emails
Click an image to see its URL, size and details. Copy the URL into an image block, or into the HTML you send with the API.
Each upload gets its own URL. When you change an image, upload it again: the new file gets a new URL, and emails you already sent keep the old one.
Delete an Image
Deleting an image removes it from Media. Emails that already use it keep showing it.
